Order tracking

To track a missing order please refer to your order dispatch email which will contain your unique tracking number for the parcel. If for any reason you can’t find this email or are unable to view it you can send us an email and a member of our dispatch team will look into the missing package for you.

Delivery time and costs

We offer the following delivery services:

FREE delivery worldwide on orders over $150

For deliveries under $150:

  • USA Express Delivery ($10) – orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
  • UK and Europe Standard Delivery ($10) – orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.
  • Global Delivery ($10) – orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days.

All orders are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid Service, so additional customs or taxes will be charged on delivery.

For deliveries under $100, there will be a shipping charge of $20

Repairs

Many factors can influence the wear and tear of jewelry. Therefore, you should make sure that your jewelry is properly cleaned, repaired and stored. Always protect your jewelry from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold to minimize these effects. Ideally, store your jewelry in a soft lined box or pouch and try to keep pieces apart, so that they don’t rub together or tangle up. It is also recommended that you visit a jeweler once a year to have your jewelry cleaned professionally. This will keep them looking their best.

We guarantee any manufacturing faults for 1 year from the order date, so if your items needs attention before this 1 year period please contact us and arrange a return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item again (usually when the first item is faulty or the wrong ring size), Please contact our customer services department for advice, prior to returning such items via info@fervormontreal.com, return the item to us, and we will process your exchange for you within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to exchange your unwanted item for a different item, Please contact our customer services department for advice, prior to returning such items via info@fervormontreal.com, and place another order for the new item that you require.

Please note that articles must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods to be returned against damage during transport.

Conditions of Refund

All products returned (when not faulty) must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, in normal circumstances, we are unable to accept returns later than 28 days after the dispatch date of those items.

Refunds will always be processed onto the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods.

Carriage (where charged) is non-refundable, except where products are returned as faulty.

 





If you have received a product free of charge in conjunction with an offer from fervormontreal.com you may return it for exchange if the product is faulty. No refunds will be applied to free of charge products. Only the same product will be exchanged unless you require an alternative size. If you decide to return the item you have paid for a refund, you must also return the free of charge product. For more assistance please contact our customer services department using the free phone telephone number displayed at the top of this page.

Unless faulty, earrings cannot be returned. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty returns more than 28 days after dispatch

Should you wish to return a product as faulty more than 28 days after the dispatch date of the product, we will investigate the fault, and will offer a replacement product, where the fault is considered genuine by our customer services department. Please contact our customer services department for advice, prior to returning such items via info@fervormontreal.com

Please note that articles must be completely returned to us with their original packaging. This should protect the goods to be returned against damage during transport.

For the purpose of continually improving our service and offerings, it is particularly important that you provide us with the reason why you are returning the goods. Please complete the enclosed return form and include it in your return. Please note that postal returns can take several days and that we require a certain amount of time to process returns.
